We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, as that is our goal here at Girl Code Lash Bar. Due to the hygienic nature of the products, purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final, unless wrong item was received. 

Sale items, which include items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order. All lashes and products must be unworn or unaltered to qualify for a refund or exchange.
